As someone who is currently so entrenched and frustrated with the task of coming up with a band name, I may be overly sensitive to this story, but man, wtf?

First some campus cop at Ohio U. sees a bike with a This Bike is a Pipe Bomb sticker on it (they're a punk band) and he shuts down the whole school. While it seems silly to those of us who are aware of the band, I guess I can't blame the cop for doing what he thought was smart. But now, the kid who owns the bike is being charged with "inciting panic."

As one commenter astutely wrote: "if anyone should be charged with inducing panic, it should be the authorities themselves."
