Lateralus

I have a guilty pleasure: I just can't get enough of the new Tool album Lateralus. There are moments of Rock on that record that freakin' throw down, and I don't care what you say. Yup, it's about two shades away from Queensrÿche, but you know what? It's pumping the blood lately, and you can't front on that. Rating: B+

Jesse Kercheval:

YOU'RE a Tool!

I guess so, huh?

Lemmy Kilmeister:

What's next - leather pants and long hair?

Dunno, *you're* the one named Lemmy, you tell me! ;D

What's with the 'guilty pleasure' comment? Why the backlash against anything metal? LONG LIVE METAL.(Well, maybe not the crappy rap-metal variety...but the real deal). Motorhead rock...Lemmy be proud. Hold those horned hands high.

Word, Chris. I'm definitely not dissing metal, don't get me wrong. I'd probably compare my 'guilty' pleasure of liking Lateralus to my 'guilty' pleasure of liking, say... Rush. (props be to Joe ).

I hear you...just giving everyone a jab. I'm off to listen to 'Moving Pictures' and some Slayer...
