I've been thinking the *exact* same thing for some time now...
How hard could it be? Crappy plastic lens, shoddy housing, very light sensitive CCD/CMOS - basically a Holga with a CMOS/CCD instead of film... Shouldn't be too hard to make, you wouldn't even need a screen on there. I just can't be bothered with the cost of getting normal film developed...
